We have seen in our careers the power of working with professionals from diverse backgrounds and expertise to find creative solutions that address our clients individual needs. Recognizing the value of a collaborative approach to Care Management, we combine specialized expertise to provide our clients a more holistic and client centered service. ANTOINETTE PAINTER
Geriatric Care Manager

Antoinette Painter is a California Licensed Vocational Nurse by trade and has worked in the aging field in different capacities for over 20 years. She has experience working as a LVN in different medical settings such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, hospice, and summer camps for children with disabilities.

Her work as a hospice community liaison, an assisted living administrator, a family ambassador for a memory care community, and a placement agent in San Gabriel Valley, supported her in developing strong professional relationships and partnerships with industry leaders in San Gabriel Valley. In addition to the high level of industry knowledge in patient advocacy, customer service, senior housing, hospice services, and medical services, Antoinette is also a Dementia Care Specialist developing caregiver training program and ongoing caregiver support and education. In her work as a Geriatric Care Manager, she brings a compassionate approach with innovative solutions to meet her clients’ needs while striving to maintain their safety, independence and autonomy.
